Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy on non-custom products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@marmomarmo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All custom products created through the customizer are made to order and are non-refundable. 

There are many different natural deposits and characteristics in various types of stones that one should be aware of. Sandholes, cracklings, and glass veins occur naturally in natural stones. Especially in marble but also in limestone. Glass veins do not weaken the stone and should not be confused with a crack that has occurred here and now. Small holes, air pockets, and surface holes are always found in marble, and they are entirely natural. Irregularities in natural stones in natural occurrences, therefore, do not fall under the scope of the Sale of Goods Act. In connection with the processing of marble, there may generally be a need for small repairs and puttying of various natural phenomena. The buyer must accept such repairs when they are carried out with craftsmanship. There can be no guarantees against such irregularities in natural occurrences.

When choosing a type of stone, you should be aware of this, as these natural occurrences should not be confused with defects that are eligible for complaint.

Certain types of marble and stone may contain glass veins, porous surfaces, as well as cracklings and small cracks. On matte surfaces, there may be grinding marks. Color concentrations may appear as spots. The above does not entitle you to a complaint.

Damage to the product resulting from operator errors, mishandling, modifications, or misuse by the user is not covered by warranty or the right to complain.

Normal wear and tear are not covered by warranty or the right to complain.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items made in our customizer), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (e.g. care products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please note that all stones are natural materials. We cannot guarantee a certain pattern or specific veining. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
